Spring is here!!

Spring is official here ..Last week we had nice and warm temperature,around 65 F. Mishu want to visit petting zoo and playground nearby.So petting zoo we go..We are planning to get Mishu a new and bigger swing set for her instead of visiting playground everyday whenever we have nice and warm weather.In another words saving mine time travelling back and forth to playground.The problem is any presentable swing set is really expensive!! Not only the swing set is pricey,the delivery and setting up cost combined can cost a bomb!! We saw 2 affordable price swing set at Toy Ur'S but the problem is they don't deliver and we have to pick up our self..Each package weight about 200 lbs..we are thinking of renting a hourly truck from Home Depot but again we don't have friends nearby to help Eliot to load the swing set..*sigh*

bought this pack of snack from Asian store..never imagine this crispy roll really taste like "kuih kapit"..too bad I just bought one pack and finish within few minutes..the price is not bad at all too.. the taste is flavorful and awesome!!

last week in our neighbor a new WholeFood store had grand opening..I like this kind of speciality store.They have unique and neat brand of food.Of course the price is slightly higher than regular supermarket..maybe bcoz it's organic? I wonder why organic food price is much higher then regular food..I been looking for tempeh everywhere but can't find until I saw it on their shelf..I didn't know that these days they produce so many different type of tempeh:soy tempeh and many different type of grains tempeh.....

Spring in Winter!!

These few days we had beautiful weather,about 45-50 F during the day..I guess Spring is coming faster than what we expected!! I'm looking forward toward Spring but not the pollen from tree:( Mishu is so exciting ,that she don't have to wear the thick winter coat,just some light weight jacket. The 1st day ,she play at our backyard for 5 hours,running around,jumping,bouncing in her trampoline,swing away and digging the soil until she had fever and sore throat at night.Luckily I spare some antibiotic at home.She was sick during the weekend but within 2 day she on her feet again....running and jumping. she come back from school and went straight to the back yard again...

while Mishu enjoy herself,mommy have to start cleaning the yard...raking and raking...

Mishu request mommy to clean her trampoline for her so she can jump and bounce..it's good for her since her doctor keep asking her to exercise ..

this year she know how to appreciated her trampoline,fully utilize to the max which is good!!

oh!! before I forget tomorrow we start daylight saving again...have to remember to adjust the clock 1 hours ahead..been living in US and A for so many moon still not use to this daylight saving every 6 month...I think the only country who still keep turning the clock back and forth is US and A...In my opinion US and A should abolish this system...well...who am I to said that!!
I received a large envelope of form from Mishu school..Our school district send us some forms for Mishu to register for kindergarden..I have little clue about US and A's education system..This is an experience for me..

I was shocked that we have to fill up so many forms just to enter kindergarden.Kindergarden is a compulsory for any child who aged 5 year old.

next week Mishu have to see her doctor again and at the same time I have to ask her doctor to fill up her immunization information form..if not Mishu can't attend Kindy this coming Fall..

I also have to bring some form for Mishu's dentist to fill up...

there is so much things to do...I paid all my bills online and now I have problem coz we don't have currant utility bills*sigh* ________________________________________

my first prescription EYEGLASSES

Two months ago I wonder why I can't read Mishu's medicine label especially the one stick on the back to the small bottle.The writing seem blur to me and I have to strained my eyes looking for the direction and instruction.Eliot told me I'm aged that I should wear glasses!! what? I exclaimed!! I said,I have 20/20 vision!! I recalled 6-7 years ago when I went to prescript driving glasses(anti-glare glasses)the doctor told me I have 20/20 vision!! I guess I'm not longer young anymore..well,I should know age is catching up with me now..but the problem is I never wear glasses except sunglasses!! The one I make years ago (anti-glare)so far I only wear it less than 5 times because when I wear it I feel dizzy.Whenever I think things make my head spinning it's make me shudder!! Eventually ,I think it's high time for me to get a pair of prescription eyeglasses..Our insurance cover each of us a pair of prescription glasses a year plus check up.Eliot doesn't bother to go for his eyes check up,he just told me to get 180+ power reading glasses for him over the supermarket counter.So for less than $2.00 ,I got him 5 pairs of reading glasses over the supermarket counter.I keep persuade him to get his eyes check up since his health insurance cover the cost but he reluctant ..never mind...so last week I make an appointment for myself...tell you later what happened at the end of this post yesterday the store called me up to pick up my prescription glasses....but I was told to paid out of pocket the extra this and that which ....told me it's didn't cover by my insurance on that day when I placed the order .They also sell me a box of cleaner for $6.99 .Of course,I'm a sucker for new prescription glasses ,so I bought it!

how is my glasses look? cool or not? I choose this frame with the help of a sale associate...actually I prefer few other shape and design cool frame but the frame doesn't suit my wide and large face. at last I choose this one without the bottom frame..I guess it's look OK...

!

nowadays they prefer to make Precision glasses instead of bifocal..Precision glasses doesn't have the line into between to separate the far and near sight reading..I also request to add in anti-glare on my glasses...I still not use to wear glasses...it's still make me slightly dizzy*sigh*

they told me my insurance only cover the basic glasses not bifocal or precision glasses..they told me or I need two pairs of glasses..well maybe next year I try to get a pair of near sighted glasses and wait for another year and get a far sighted glasses ,right?

look at the receipt !! have no idea what is all the charges...

the bottom line I need to paid the big $170.53!!! no wonder Eliot refused to make an appointment for prescription!!

few days ago I have to drive daddy to Queens to see his district surgeon.Daddy fell down on the stairs at work..so he was on medical leave since 2 weeks ago..
while waiting for daddy we went to Elmhurst for food shopping....it's my old neighbour

these days the weather is quite good..day time is about 40-50F..

Mishu keep chasing the doves..she want to bring them home!
