Tomorrow is Mishu 5th Birthday but unfortunately she is sick with flu and fever since yesterday.We plan to bring her to Chucky Cheese (cool children indoor arcade and playground)and have a small celebration at her school but I don't think she will able to attend school tomorrow. Her new school required the parents to call in and inform them if the child can't come in .It's a mandatory requirement by NY State's school law because Mishu's Universal Pre-K programme is now under NY State's school regulation.The saddest thing is Mishu is so looking forward to her birthday celebration since 2 weeks ago.She even choose her own Birthday present from Disney store.Almost everyday she told us it's her Birthday and keep asking us to let her open her Birthday present.Her new school ban parents from bring in their own food(cake).Well ,her teacher told me if I want to bake cake for her, I have to bring all cake ingredients to her school and bake it there!! what a nuisance!! they said they have to look into the ingredients first coz they can't just serve the children food from outside without knowing what it's in the food. what the heck! so I have no choice but to follow her school requirement and regulation. I plan to bring in "Princess theme" decoration like paper plates,cups and toys to her school coz her school serve them snack (animals cracker and juice). Yesterday I asked Mishu,it's ok to her if mommy bake some cupcakes or she want to have ice cream cake as her Birthday Cake.Of course,Mishu choose ice cream!! isn't ice cream is all children favourite dessert?
today she don't have appetite to eat any food.She asked for cereal,so cereal she have but throw up later after she finish the whole bowl.She have fever on and off. poor Mishu....
she is in good mood eventhough she sick
all her thermostate is out of battery,so I can't take her temperature.as usual she is station on the couch to watch her favourite cartoon . poor Mishu..
her eyes is watery and swollen.luckily I save some of her previous antibiotic medicine for emergency in case ...now it's right time to use it..

Mishu's daddy said her sickness brought by her new classmate germs.Accordingly to him,Mishu's used to her old classmate germs and now her environment have different type of germs .Well,I don't think so,it's make no sense to me but well...that is his logic!! As I know Mishu get sick once a month since she started school..

Some of you might wonder what happened to all my blog,didn't update regularly. (actually it's my mom and sister who wonder why I didn't update my blog) Well maybe I'm in hiatus mood right now.Regardless ,don't worry I will always come back when blogging mood strike back again.Enough about me for now....Today ,actually this afternoon we received a good news from our school district. Remember my previous entry talking about Mishu not lucky enough to get Pre-K under our town programme which paid by our township. So I put her name under waiting list.At last she got it! Someone left the school programme,so Mishu name was first on the list!!
One of the school district personal called notify us that Mishu can attend one of the Pre-school under our district.Too bad it's not her currant Pre-school which is nearer to our home.But the good news is Mishu will attend 5 days school instead of 3 days only. Firstly I have to go to the school get some paper work to sign in order for Mishu to attend the new Pre-school next Tuesday.

Mishu refused to leave coz she want to play at this gym first.
I hope next Tuesday when Mishu attend this new Pre-school ,she will have a smooth enviroment adjustment with her new teacher and friends.

well ....these days I'm super lazy to cook proper meal, so I go back to basic!! eating instant noodle!! it's can cook in less than 5 minutes!! you must wonder what is so good about this noodle,right? This noodle is not regular noodle,it's "yee mein" made in Malaysia..
I added spinach,egg and chili into the "yee mein" it's super delicious!! Mishu insist to add more spicy chili!! trust me,once you tried it you get hook!!
Mishu and mommy both can eat this kind of soupy noodles but not daddy!! of course I did cook something for him..as long as it's not spicy and hot and soupy,he is OK with his food... the best idea to save me from cooking is to get more cold cut and pizza for him!! hahaha!!
