I 'm been looking to get a patio set at clearance for the longest,maybe from last year.I looked in Home Depot and Lowe's during summer and end of summer but their price is still too high.I want a solid,comfortable,affordable and lasting patio set for our deck.But Eliot remind me not to get something is too heavy because our deck is quite high and the wood on the bottom of the deck have gap..Actually I saw a black metal steel patio table I like at Lowe's on clearance but the problem is the round table is too big and have 2 matching chairs only.So 3 weeks ago when I do my marketing at Walbaum supermarket ,I saw this patio set at 75 % markdown.I quickly ask the cashier to scan the price and to my surprised ,she told me it's $30 only! Wow!! that great! Beginning of the summer I survey every store that sell patio set-store like Target and Home Depot do sell this set at $99 but Walbaum list their price at $120.At that time I told Eliot I'm going to wait until the price go down.I told the cashier to hold for me while I finish my food shopping.Then I saw few box of lounge chairs and ask the cashier again to scan the price.She told me the regular price white lounge chair is $59.99 and now sell at $15 a piece.oh mind! .of course I want it! I'm been aiming for clearance lounge chairs since last year but at the time we still have our trees all over our yards.hehehe!! I can have my suntans next year!! This is 6 pieces patio set including umbrella

Last Sunday we was invited to a wedding reception.A friend of mine ,a Malaysian married an American Italian guy.She called me 2 months ago,asked me if she invite me to her wedding dinner,would I go?.I told her sure.. we would love to attend her wedding dinner and I told Eliot about the invitation.Eliot was looking forward to their wedding dinner.Actually I never been t0 American wedding reception, it's sad to said out loud but it's true..I been to US for so many moons but never have the chance to attend any American wedding reception.It's so embarrassed to talk about what was happened.I have no clue how the wedding custom and rules supposed to followed.I received an invitation card month ago from both the groom and bride .They send us with their photo via card with self postage envelope enclosed.I thought the envolope is for us to give as ("ang poh")aka wedding gift.I asked for her wedding registry but they don't have one and prefer cash instead as gift.Well,it's understandable with today economy .On Sunday,I told Eliot to put their "gift"in the enclosed envelope then I realised it's self postage envelope with my friend MIL name on it.Her MIL is the host,that mean the person who is going to foot the dinner bill.Eliot said I supposed to send the white RSVP card back with the self postage envelope to her MIL.Well,I'm never attend any American wedding ,how the hell should I know?.To make the matter worst,Eliot didn't pack the "gift" in the envelope,he ask Mishu to give me the whole envelope with invitation card when we are going out from the house.When we are at the restaurant,I have to run to the cashier and pack the "gift".Eliot keep calling me at my cell,ask me to hurry coz the groom's mom is over his table.When I reached the table I hand over the "gift" envelope to the groom's mother but Eliot keep hussing me.He said I supposed to give the envelope to the bride and groom not his mother!! But the groom's mom name is written on the envelope.He said the envelope is for me to send back our RSVP to the groom's mom for head count!..aiyoooo....how would I know??.I know the groom's mom is footing the bills so I give the envelope to her.Maybe I still have Malaysia mentality! hahaha! ..Anyway,we was late for the reception about an hour!.I told Eliot ,don't worried,if they said 5 pm,it's won't be 5 pm sharp!!

Our table .The groom's mom make the twist bamboo vase herself for every table.My friend told me to take the vase home..Of course I love bamboo and it's easy to care plant.
My favourite drink,Malibu Bay Breeze .I also order Mudslide but the waitress bring me a glass of black coffee ice looking drink.I silently told the waitress,I don't think he,the bartender make me Mudslide and she agree.Told her Mudslide have milk and it's look creamy.Well,I guess the bartender nor the waitress know bartending drink.

cheese,cold cut,egg plant,squash,arthicoke and tomates.We pick this cold cut from the buffet table Then we was serve with 2 type of pasta .Penna in red sauce and tortellini in pesto sauce.
Mishu and daddy enjoy their pasta.
After the pasta,we have wait for our next dish,entree.We can choose one entree person....chicken,salmon or veal.The groom's grandfather make a speech.
Then we was serve with vinegar salad.
Italian famous salad.Eliot refused to eat this salad said he don't like the red leaves.
The groom want to take photo with Mishu.He table was next to us.
While we waiting for the entree,Mishu join other Malaysian children at the lounge.
