I come across Muchos Fantastic video clip in YouTube.I find the video clip hilarious and the product recommend it's really cool,creative and interesting.The product Muchos show us is really useful for those who like to wash up after going to do their business in the toilet.Oh! yea,I remember when I was in school years ago,the school doesn't provide us toilet paper,not only school,public toilet as well.We only have a bucket of water in the toilet.In fact some Asian country still use water instead of toilet paper to clean up after themselves.

My Wilton's Cake Decoration Graduation Part 3

I took Wilton's Cake Decoration Course 2 beginning of this month.Yes,I graduated yesterday,too bad I can't finish my cake decoration in the class,so I bring home and finish up the rest of the pipping at home.Mishu request me to give her my camera to snap the cake photo,but unfortunately her photo was all over the place not the cake.I took the camera from her instead and ask her to post for me with the cake.

Mishu have her front hairs trim by her daddy yesterday.It's kind of too short but it's OK..since she didn't go to school yet.
Mostly this course is all about flower and border technique.Master elegant new borders featuring rosettes, reverse shells and rope designs.
These day I been baking so much cake and cookies.Do you know Mishu have no interest eating any one of them?.She not a cake person I guess..
She just interested in the icing and flowers! Why ??.Because the flowers and icing make from sugar!!.I caught her eating my flowers 2 days ago hiding under the table.Naughty,naughty!!
Look at this rascal face!!hahaha!!
We have to create lovely new flowers like rosebuds, daisies, daffodils, mums and more. Then we use these flowers in a grand finale to attached to an impressive flower basket cake using the interwoven basket weave technique.
How the birdy look?.It's make from color flow icing Eliot said the cake look too overwhelming,too much flowers.What do you think?.
I dunno why the purple color in my pansy turn blue color in photo*scratching my head*.I love pipping pansy and daisy flowers .

Here I present you with my Graduation certificate!! Taa---dah!!.Eliot going to frame it up for me ,I just get a new frame from Walmart today.I find the Wilton's decoration course is really useful ,creative and informative.If I didn't take the course I have no idea how,what ,why and when to pipe the icing ,make the border or make beautiful flower and etc..If you have interest in cake decorating or baking,Wilton's course is really useful for you.I'm not adverting for Wilton's but I find the decorating course is really interesting.Maybe my instructor is better than other,who know?.Yeah,some people said it's expensive course but depend again how you see it..Of course, the fee of the course is not really much but we have to buy the material like pans,equipment ,color,icing,tools and etc..Eventually I can use the pans or others tools for my baking or cake decoration,so it's doesn't really matter for me.You must wonder what next course, I'm going to take......hmmmm.....since the cake decoration Course 3 is not open for sometime.I'm going to take photograph course next month.Just to improve my photograph skill and technique.Just watch out for my better photo here!! .Coming soon!!

Busy Weekend

Oh man!!.I had a very busy weekend!!..Our den still in the mess and I have to make appointment for Tree guy to quote the trees we are going to take down.I think have called at least 8 companies and at last Eliot chose the last guy who came.This coming week,this tree guy going to come with big truck,Bobcat and etc machinery..As some of you know I love basketball,I make sure I watch the final Olympic match between USA and Spain.I have the feeling US team going to get gold medal with Kobe Bryant and James Le Born as the leader.Yea...that right US team finally got GOLD !!In fact I was watching Olympic every night until wee hours.Yes,it's really tired but what to do!!

As you know I have plenty of tomatoes from my garden.So on Saturday I decided to cook vegetable curry,suddenly my door bell ring,my good and long time friend,Lee come to visit me from the city with her family.I serve them curry vegetable for lunch.Luckily I cook some creamy Wacky Mac ,so I serve that to their girls who don't eat spicy food.I recalled years ago Eliot had culture shock when my friends come to visit us without appointment,date or notice!!.I told him,we Asian don't practice,book the date to visit friends.Anyway,I live far away from everybody,I 'm so happy and thrill if any one of them willing to travel from the city to visit me.After lunch we headed to the Mall for the girls.They want to shop for "back to school" clothes.Not any clothes,these young girls, only like certain brand of clothes like Hollisters,American Eagles,Abercrombie and younger trend clothes

After we come back from shopping,I serve them Assam Laksa dinner.
Look good ,yea?.The key is "har koh"aka shrimp paste!!My friends love it!.It's really taste good !
We don't go out shopping without Mishu,right?.Mishu want to visit Disney Channel!! hahaha!!
She is a dog lover.She thought she can sit on the plush dog.I quickly stop her before she damaged the display toy instead ask her to pose for me.
Yes,we are at VS store front.Any pink underwear for $5?
I promised Mishu to get her Starbuck coffee but unfortunately the line is too long..A sale man opposite store giving out Slurpee for tasting and Mishu keep going for more .My friend decided to get her a cup of Slurpee.
We are waiting for the girls at this store....
That Hollister brown bag belonged to me.I found some pants on sale.I also bought Mishu a skort on sale at Disney store.My friend and family stay chit chat and hang out until 11 pm.I promise to bake them a chiffon cake so they wait for me!!..Now I'm a chiffon cake expert!! heheheh!! .
On Sunday,I plan DIY work in my kitchen.I bought a can of paint on sale at Sears. I prefer semi gloss paint rather than flat paint.The reason for semi gloss ,is Mishu.When she print her little hands all over the wall ,I can just wipe it off with sponge .
Look ,this backsplash is just a year old.It's so rusty due to water and oil splash when I wash and cook.We regret ,we didn't order the chrome material instead.Of course the chrome price is double than what we pay.As they said you paid for what you get!. I wipe off the surface with ZEP's de-greased first.
I make a big mistake!!.I didn't know I have to prime it first before I paint.

Look much better after paint,right?.White color for kitchen look more clean and crisp.
This project took me more than 10 hours..Why 10 hours?.tell you later...
Did you see the rust come out after the paint dry?.
I think I have repaint for more than 6-7 times.Every time the rust show up,I repaint again but must wait for the paint to dry first,then I can repaint.
At last I can't wait for the paint to dry anymore."The God of Sleep"calling me at wee hours.I should repaint again but today I 'm busy preparing for my Wilton's cake decoration class for tomorrow graduation.Any idea how to solve my rusty backsplash problem?.Now I hope I coated the backsplash with extra paint ,the rust will not show up again.

Our Harvest from Garden

This evening our next door neighbour gave us some tomatoes and cucumber from their garden.When I open the front door to throw garbage for tomorrow collection, I saw a white plastic bag on the floor.It's must be from them!.I didn't hear any door bell .I guess they must have a healthy soil and plants.I still didn't have the chance to visit their garden yet.Maybe tomorrow I'm going to invite myself to see their garden without invitation,in a way to thanks them for the vegetables.!!hehehe!.Must put mask on my face(thick skin face)!!

No,no this is my harvest from my garden!!..Look pathetic,huh?. Each pepper plant only produce ONE red pepper.Actually the bigger size red pepper is called Sweet Banana..

And this batch of vegetables gave to us my by our neighbour.I think the tomatoes is overripe,just look at the color,red like fire!..hmmm....what should I do with this tomatoes and cucumbers?..Any idea?.Maybe cook some Indian or vegetable curry?.Or maybe blend is as juice like V8 juice?

Most Humorous Vacation

I can recall a very special vacation that I went on many many years ago. I went a summer vacation with friends from Malaysia to Los-Angeles. I had never ever been in Los Angeles nor did I had a clue where we should go for sight seeing in that wonderful city. So we decided at the last minutes to search online travel guides,

Don't We Woman Loves Shoes?

I come from BIG feet family,so I had hard time find affordable and comfortable large size shoes in Malaysia.I used to have corn at both of my pinkie toes due to the shoes problem.Luckily I can find larger size shoes in US,and now my corn gone forever!!Even today Malaysia don't cater shoes larger size than 8 to the consumer.If I have $$$ and time,I will definitely open BIG shoes stores in Malaysia!!..Previously when I was in Kayel,I shop at every department store looking comfort shoes for my mom and sister,but zero!.nada!.We went to Sogo,Isetan,Parkson ,Bali,Hadyai and etc looking for larger size shoes but these store only carried the size up to 9 not 10.Not much selection on the style and size.I was surprised why Malaysia shoes manufacture doesn't survey what the consumer need or it's everyone have smaller feet?.I mean some people have wider feet and some have longer feet,right?.My friend 's mom have size 7 feet but she still can't find a suitable shoes in Malaysia coz she have wider feet.My mom's have the same problem.As we woman after giving birth their feet tend to get larger or bigger.And when they get older their feet will get wider due to osteoporosis.I was so disappointed when the search for larger and wider shoes is not available in Asia.Anyway,in US we can easily get any size,style or height of shoes .So I decided to buy shoes on sale for my sister, mom and ME in US!!.Too bad USPS don't have sea shipping anymore and air shipping is far too expensive for me to send shoes for them.Now for me to give them these shoes I have to wait for my family to come and visit me or me visit them . Look what I bought so far!!.
I like this pair even it's a bit larger.I can always wear socks..

Vera Wang low line shoes..Hurry up go to Kohl's!!
Both are my sneaker..Bought at Walmart under $10.00.I used to wear Rebook ,Nike and Addias but now I don't feel comfortable in their shoes anymore.Sometimes branded shoes look good but not comfortable at all!!.I still have plenty of unopened shoes ,boot,high heels in my closet..After giving birth to Mishu my feet getting bigger and wider..So what should I do with all these shoes?.I will pass to Mishu...sooner or later she can wear mine!.I bought the above shoes in a month period!!.You see ,how much I love shoes especially I can find my size easily here!!
