Our Shopping Trip at the Mall

Over the weekend(Saturday) my friend and her family(Malaysian) from Queens came to visit us .Of course, we had eating session on and on the whole day ,and later we visited the mall nearby.Before I bring you to see what I bought at the mall,let me review my new George Foreman Grill after I grill some burger for Eliot.Some reviewer online said the down side for this machine is cleaning but I don't really find it's hard to clean.Rita,if you're reading this ,I think you need to spray some water on the hard burn grilled surface first before wash up the iron surface.I sprinkle some water on the non stick surface after it's cool down for 30 minutes before scrape with scotch Brite .Then I bring the machine toward the sink and wash away with water.It's as clean as a new machine. Luckily I choose this Jumbo unit,coz it's can fit bigger size food and the heat separate more even.

Look at the burger I made and cooked! This George's grill is really good,no messy ,oily and smoky when grilling indoor!! Thumb up so far!
I'm planning to grill chicken tomorrow and see how it's goes...
My friend brought me this peanut, she bought in Asian store in the city. It's taste good and fresh.Yummy!! finish one pack lioa!!LOL!
She also brought me 1/2 dozen crabs!! Yahooooo!! my favorite seafood!!
These rascal is still crawling in the paper bag,making some crazy noise..hmmmmm...thinking what kind of style should I cook this crabby...maybe sweet and sour crab or black bean sauce crab or just plain steam with ginger?. Beside crab,she also gave me 2 pint of salt water shrimps...hmmmm ....this shrimps must taste better than fresh water shrimp...
As usual this little gal ask for Starbucks coffee with whip cream when we visit the Mall.


After finish her coffee,she wondering around at Santa's photo session spot in the center of the mall.
She told me she want to take photo with Santa..
But I told her she need to dress up nicely when sitting on Santa's lap.Not in her pant and T-shirt!!

I think what she holding is Hanukkah decor but it's at Santa spot?..me,confuse? Christmas and Jewish holiday mixed together?

Told Mishu don't touch the decors!! Let's go!!.We going to shop in Macy's while waiting for the girls to do their clothes shopping at A&B,Hollister,Gilly & Hicks and etc..

Look !! guess what I bought in Macy's? Aaaaha!!..Yes!! a set of Martha Steward 53 stainless steel flatware on sale!! I been looking for quality flatware set for sometime on sale everywhere I go.At last I found it at Macy's clearance rack! I prefer my flatware without 2 tones or too fancy design.Just plain design with quality material.

Look !! at the original price!! On top of the sale price I get another 30% and another 15 % off on the 30% off!! Since it's a good deal,I quickly grab an Anolon knife on sale too. Look at the receipt!..I didn't know I can get another 15% off on my total with my statement..Well,of course I have to open a Macy's card.Since I love to shop at Macy's I quickly ask the cashier to apply a Macy's card for me.Taaa.dah!!! within minutes,I get an approval and happily sign the temporary card.I quickly call my friend to meet me at Macy's home department..told her I get few good deal stuffs..The store is closing in few minutes..hurry!

My friends get few gadgets at Home and Kitchen dept as well.I miss this items....saw my friend get this...

I quickly run back to the cashier and paid these items again..
Did you see what I mean by good deal!! LOL! The cashier told me to shop again on Sunday as much as I can to take the extra 15 off any item in the store...I told Eliot to watch Mishu today,let me shop by myself,he said OK.But I didn't make it to the store early,forget Sunday,the mall closed early especially winter schedule.Well...we gone to Home Depot instead....Stay tune for my next project!!
