Mishu a Little Baker??

You must wonder what Mishu did this time,right?.Mishu is very adventure and a independent child for her age.Yes,she look big for her age..I always let people guess when they ask me how old is she..Usually they guess Mishu is about 5-6 years old..Well,there is pros and cons she look older than her age....this month she almost 43 month old!!.Last weekend,we inquire a Safety Swimming class for her at a local gym.We think Mishu is too chubby now beside, that she have alot of energy .When they told us the amount per session,we quickly calculate the $$ per hour!! Wow! it's cost almost $70 per hour!! Eliot eye pop out!!hahaha!!.He said he going to teach Mishu swimming lesson himself!!Well,let's wait and see.......the summer come and almost gone!!.Too bad our town swimming pool policy doesn't take child under 4 years old for swimming lesson..said their insurance doesn't cover!!

No..... Mishu doesn't bake this cupcake but she always offer her help when I cook or bake.Whenever I make cake,she will push her chair nearby and observe..but I always ask her to go away...not becoz I mean to her but my kitchen have limited space and she is in my way...Furthermore it's dangerous for her when I bake or cook.
I baked this cake when I come back from my Wilton's decoration class..I just bought a large muffin pan,and would like to try out...I still have left over icing from the class,so I figure it's would be nice to mix the butter icing with cream cheese ..Eliot love cream cheese icing....
Now you must wonder what this gal is doing with my pipping bag,right?.

Yes,she try to help me icing my cupcake!!Mishu used my left over Color Flow Mix left over from my class..What is the different between Color Flow Mix and butter icing?..Color Flow Mix icing have special effect when you create dimensional flow-in designs for your cake.

Not bad...eh??..Not bad as a destroyer!!lol!!
I always chase her away when I bake or cook,so this time I let her try her hands this cupcakes..at least I'm not a MEAN mummy!!
