Last Thursday was a public holiday,I went to Ipoh with Mishu.Actually,it's a reunion gathering for me and few of my friends who I meet during my first year in New York.Sadly all of them come back to Malaysia the following year.Well,as you all know I don't know how to drive in KL anymore.I can only drive from my mom's home to Chow Kits Road and to my grandma home.That all the route I know so far.My friend and her family come to pick me us and we went to visit another friend who live in Ipoh.Honestly,I never been to Ipoh.All my life I just stay in KL...what a kampung gal !!"lol"that ME la!! so malu lor!!.Look what we eat the moment we arrive in Ipoh!!

Don't forget to order Ipoh famous Chicken.I didn't have the chance to take photo of front restaurant .Mishu keep want me to "pau pau""sigh" and she weight 2 packet of rice!!.A friend we meet is a local in Ipoh and she know all the restaurant well.
Don't forget to order Ipoh "Sar Ho Fun" when you eat that delicious chicken!!

Mishu took this photo herself!!lol!! her shoe!.After we finish our lunch we head to my friend place.We eat "Wan Tan Mein "again!!.The whole trip to Ipoh is just for makan(eat)!!..We forget to buy "Salted Chicken".(Yim Kok Kai) at that famous store .Anyway,if time permit for me to stay longer,I will go to Ipoh again.

You didn't buy the Ipoh famous "Fragrant cookies" and "Chicken biscuit" ah? The Ipoh bean sprouts really look fat and crunchy, yummy!
I can see the mosquito bites on Mishu face, poor thing lah! I told my hubby I need to buy the mosquito repellent back, you know what he said? He said, those repellent are not good for kids and better let them have the mosquito bites!!! *cham lah* I think he didn't know now we have kids friendly repellent with a safe amount of DEET. I will buy one next time I'm in WalMart.
Aiyoh...look at the Ipoh hor fun and chicken, so yummy!! The chicken looked very 'smooth'.
I just love the Ipoh fat and juicy taugeh and also their steam chicken. We used to drive all the way from KL to Ipoh just for that :) Poor Mishu... so many spots on her face.

No I didn't buy any cookies but I did buy chicken biscuit when I visit Melaka ..yes,Ipoh Bean sprout is really good..I dunno why mosquito keep biting Mishu daily.She have scare all over her body.I did spread some repellent on her body but useless,They keep coming back to her!!They said Mishu blood is imported so it;s better and sweet for mosquito to bite!!
