I was reading Hooi Imm post about getting new domain and decided to buy one .So immediately I bought my new domain at 1 & 1 Internet,but after days,my new domain name still doesn't appear in search engine.I called and called their customer service for help but there's no help at all.Their technician have no idea what is my problem and I keep getting different answers to my same problem.Well,so I decided to transfer my domain name to GoDaddy.com but it's only allow for transfer if my domain is 90 days old.Long story short,I bought another new domain name at Godaddy but I have no idea how to change it in Control Panel.I called godaddy,they told me I have to submit my request to google and it's will take 6-8 weeks..What!!..At last resort,I have to seek Puteri help to solve my problem.Puteri offer her help at begining, I try to do it myself first but it's seem like dead end to me.I'm very hopeless .I don't wanna to bother her but at last resort ,I have to call Puteri to save me.Puteri was able to solve my problem.I'm very grateful for her help.We talked over the phone for 3 hours..at least I think.......We just chat away.....She is a very nice and helpful lady beside very knowledgeable in her own learning..I really respect her..Thank you,You Puteri for your wonderful help...I really appreciated your patience and help:))
