Yum Woon Sen Gai & Goong ( Bean Thread Noodle)

Last 2 week ago,we celebrated my Birthday at Thai's restaurant called thai house longisland in Smithtown,Long Island.Elliot found this restaurant "googling"and said it's rated by Zagats.Elliot doesn't eat spicy food and not a fan of asian cusine.Well, since it's my Birthday,he have to humor me to eat Thai's food. While he flipping thorough the menu,he decide to order Yum Woon Sen appetizer. But he have no idea what is in that dish!!.I told him it's quite spicy and not that kind of salad he thought like in American meal.I glanced at the price and it's cost $8.95 for a plate of Yum Woon Sen!!.At last, he ask me to order his dinner for him since he have no idea at all about Thai's food.I told him ,I will make him Yum Woon Sen at home once I have the chance to get all the ingredients. Here is goes...I make chicken and shrimp mixed Yum Woon Sen.I eat this dish once in Elmhurst,Queens and I love the powerful fragrant of lime, shrimp sauce ,Thai's bird chili and cilantro in it.

Elliot eat some, said it's not bad.I guess his not bad refer to not spicy. He didn't bite the spicy chili yet.Anyway,he like the fragrant except cilantro. He dislike cilantro.
