Yesterday I was looking for Kaiser Roll recipe online.Hubby love bread especially kaiser roll with his sandwich.I "google " and found a bread forum .It's quite interesting ,I like the author show us step by step how to make and fold the bread.Here is The fresh loaf site,you can look for other bread recipe which you might find interested and try yourself at home.....I definitely go back there again once we finish this batch bread.
I don't have kaiser roll stamp,so I use the author technique to fold the roll.Hmmmmm...I'm going to look for kaiser roll stamp soon...anyone know where can I get the stamp with reasonable price?.

Snail or Pain Au Lait...My snail is out of shape but the bun is really soft and moisture.
Kaiser Roll.American love kaiser roll or just called ROLL.Usually it's sell with bagel in supermarket.
Plain Kaiser Roll...I don't have poppy seed or raw sesame seed,so just left it plain.Here is kaiserrolls recipe,try out yourself at home,it's not really hard to follow..
Mini Sweet Bun...I eat with kaya..This time my skill is much better than the last time.A long whole day ,the bun sitting on my kitchen countertop and is still soft..give myself a pat!! hahaha!!

I recommend you use Irfanview an image tool. Very useful for resizing photos, supports most image formats.
