I am a veg lover!
I used to buy collard green to substitute for kailan. I cooked it how I would cook my kailan, but sometimes I got the really big one and that can be kinda tough. So, I stop buying them liao. Furthermore now I have easy access to Asian kailan, so no need to substitute anymore. :)
BBO:
That good, eat more vege can do good to your health.I hate vege b4 kid time but now love it.
LCOM:
you're right collard green taste abit like kailan.I think every green when they are big can be tough.Asian store sell big 'choy sam' cheaper than small size one, that mean small size one must be better!!
