Mishu keep saying "buggy,buggy, buggy" when she see tiny bug flying around the kitchen.She even handle me a fly swatter,ask me to hit bugs ,I wonder what she talking.Right now is not hot summer,where the flies come from?.Then I saw a bunch of very ripe banana turning to black color.Holy molly!!.How to hit Mishu's buggy with flies swatter??.oh!!...here come some baking idea..hahaha!!.I ask Elliot,would he like some banana cupcake.He told me he like banana cake...ok....I quickly 'google and find some recipe online but then I remember Chef Gertrude did make banana-muffins in her previous post.I like her easy and simple recipe,so here it's goes....Thanks Chef Gertrude for sharing...

oh!! I make my own Thick cream cheese frosting.It's really easy.I don't have to buy pre-make frosting anymore!! hahaha!!Here you go..6 oz or 3/4 Philly cheese,1/2 stick butter and 4 -5 spoon powder sugar.In a mixing bowl whisk the whipping cream all together until firm peak. Then I decorate with any topping I wish.This is coconut flake topping.It's really good!!

How it's look?.I dunno how to store it after topping.So I left both tray in fridge uncover,afraid the cream cheese going to melt if I left at room temperature.

Cooling down period. oh!! I did add some coated sugar walnut in the dough.Actually I wanna to add some chocolate morsel,but I know Elliot won't eat if I insist to add in.It's weird,he eat chocolate sweet and candy but not chocolate morsel in cake or cookies.
