Delimas Crispy Shrimp Chilli from myTOA

New Delimas!!Huge and bigger!!

My humble "CKT"

Yesterday,I went to collect my van from dealership.Well, now I have my van with me,so I planning to go shopping at the mall simon with Mishu. It's just 10 minutes drive from my home.We shopped from 4 pm to 9 pm.Elliot called to ask how we doing and why we took so long?.Well, shopping, what do you think?.I told him.Bought quite a lots of items.I let talk about it in next topic.Okay time to go home before the mall closed.Once I step in front my front porch,I saw this big box sitting in front of my door step with my name on it.It's a from mytasteofasia and Elliot quickly open it.Full of various Malaysia products.I'm surprised at mytasteofasia gesture to send me their sample for me .I told Ray that he do not need to send me the new product sample.I don't mind link mytasteofasia in my blog when I write about the food that I cook or eat .I have nothing to lose, just linking myTOA.Helping a fellow Malaysian is my honour especially he have done so much in mybuddies to help some people to find information and advise on certain official issue. He put so much of his time, effort and even contribute his own money for mybuddies to stay alive. I admire his don't said die spirit and will.
Furthermore,I can always buy Malaysia product in NYC..But anyhow, he found my address thru my last year order.
To make my long story short,I 'm surprised that Delimas products have a good packaging compare with Tean's.I like Delimas Crispy Shrimp Chilli,it's bigger bottle as well as in net weight compare with Tean's.Delimas 340 gm vs Tean's 240 gm same price. What a good deal!!.I still have leftover fresh keoy teow.Well,I think I should make my style Char Keoy Teow!.

Here is my own recipe
.........................................
2 sheet fresh Keoy Teow(cut)
1 clove fresh garlic(minced)
2 stick chinese sausage(sliced thin)
5 nos eggs
200 gm minced pork
10 pcs shrimp
1 head broccoli
50gm fish cake(sliced thin)
Seasoning
-----------
Dark/caramel soy sauce( Yuen Chun brand)
2 tsp knorr's chicken powder
2 spoon oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil(Ghee Hing)
Garnishing
------------
Fried shallot
Cilantro
Delimas crispy shrimp chilli

I should really defrost frozen Keoy Teow in microwave first instead I let it run under warm water.Big mistake!!.Now the keoy teow is too sticky and mushy to fried.Well, this is Mishu and mine dinner for tonight!.Don't waste good food!.I like my food hot and spicy,so I add Delimas Crispy Shrimp Chilli since I run out of chilli padi !!.
